MEMBERS PASS MOTION to Move Forward with Expanded Interim Facility

On August 28th, the membership of Beaches Community Centre passed the motion to expand the interim fitness facility located in the basement of East Beaches Social Scene. The footprint will more than double, allowing for more brand-new equipment to be added.  The term of the agreement with the East Beaches Social Scene is 3 years, plus 2 – 1-year options.  The target opening date for the expansion is December 1, 2024. Thanks to all members that attended the special meeting and supported this important community initiative
