Calling all volunteers, new and experienced!

We’ve been partnering with the Winnipeg Kinsmen to sell Kincar raffle tickets, and we get a percentage of our ticket sales.

The Winnipeg Kinsmen are offering us another opportunity to partner with them to fundraise for Beaches Community Centre!!

Traditionally, the Kinsmen have seen the greatest number of sales for this lottery throughout the 10 days at the Red River Ex, June 17-26th.

The Kinsmen have asked us for volunteers to fill shifts to sell raffle tickets at the Red River Ex.

For every 8 hours of volunteer time,

the Winnipeg Kinsmen will donate $500 to Beaches Community Centre!

(that’s over $60/hr!!)

Available shifts are as follows:

· Friday June 17: 5pm to 12am (4-hour shifts: 5-9pm, 9pm-12am)

· Saturday June 18: 12pm to 12am ( 4-hour shifts: 12-4pm, 4-8pm, 8pm-12am)

· Sunday June 19: 11am to 11pm ( 4-hour shifts: 11-3pm, 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

· Monday June 20: 3pm to 11pm (4-hour shifts: 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

· Tuesday June 21: 3pm to 11pm (4-hour shifts: 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

· Wednesday June 22: 3pm to 11pm (4-hour shifts: 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

· Thursday June 23: 3pm to 11pm (4-hour shifts: 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

· Friday June 24: 12pm to 12am (4-hour shifts: 12-4pm, 4-8pm, 8pm-12am)

· Saturday June 25: 12pm to 12am ( 4-hour shifts: 12-4pm, 4-8pm, 8pm-12am)

· Sunday June 26: 11am to 11pm ( 4-hour shifts: 11-3pm, 3-7pm, 7-11pm)

Please let us know by Sunday, June 12th which shifts you are available to help with; we will confirm shift availability as shifts are filled. Shifts will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Reply early to get your preferred shifts!
